Trevor Atkinson
Founder & President
Trevor S. Atkinson is the heart behind Cuts and Kicks, a nonprofit born from his deep desire to uplift underprivileged youth in Las Vegas. Growing up, Trevor saw how something as simple as a fresh haircut or new shoes could transform a child’s confidence and self-esteem. He knew he had to take action to ensure every kid felt seen, valued, and ready to take on the world.
Through Cuts and Kicks, Trevor has turned that passion into action, providing essentials that go beyond appearances—offering dignity, opportunity, and self-belief. As the organization continues to grow, he remains committed to empowering kids with the confidence to dream big and walk proudly into their future.
Nick Barbarino
Chief Financial Officer
Nicholas J. Barbarino is a passionate community leader and the visionary behind Cuts and Kicks, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the underprivileged youth of Las Vegas.
With a deep commitment to empowering the next generation, Nicholas has transformed the lives of countless youth through his activeness in his Church, which combines mentorship, skill-building, and providing essential resources to help youth succeed.
Nicholas has worked 10 plus years in the accounting and finance industry along with having graduated college with a Major in Accounting and Minor in Finance. Nicholas is very active in his church's youth programs GOYA and Greek Folk Dance Ministry where he teaches the youth traditional Greek Folk Dances. Nicholas loves to be around family and friends as often as he can.

Joseph serves as our Director of Resources. This role is essential for Cuts and Kicks to make a significant impact in the Las Vegas Community. With Joseph's sharp insight and leadership, we are set to positively influence the Las Vegas Community for many years ahead.
Jacqueline Soriano
VP of Markeitng
Jackie is our dynamic VP of Marketing! With years of extensive experience in public relations and marketing, she infuses the team with unmatched enthusiasm. Her expertise team management, event planning, advertising, and social media Jackie as an incredible asset in the Las Vegas market!
Alyssa Grove
VP of Sponsorships
As the Vice President of Sponsorships, Alyssa is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of securing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
In this role, Alyssa oversees sponsorship strategy, negotiates high-value partnerships, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of sponsorship activations.
She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education and enjoys philanthropic work in her time away from nursing. She is always seeking new ways to foster meaningful connections both professionally and personally and loves spending time with her husband Ryan and three children.
Joshua Atkinson
Director of Content
Joshua Atkinson is the creative force behind Cuts and Kicks, serving as Director of Content to share the powerful stories of the kids the nonprofit serves. He believes a fresh haircut or new pair of shoes is more than just a gift—it’s a moment of confidence and transformation.
Through compelling storytelling and media, Joshua amplifies the mission, inspiring action and showcasing the real lives being changed. As Cuts and Kicks grows, he remains dedicated to using creativity to uplift, inspire, and remind every child they are seen, valued, and capable of greatness.
